I’m Gaynor, a surface pattern designer, illustrator and sewing tutor, with over four decades of professional experience within the creative industry.
I specialise in crafting distinctive and vibrant designs that revolve around my passions, including wildlife and the natural world. My preference for uncomplicated shapes and lively colours is a reflection of my upbringing during the 1960’s and 70’s, a period filled with vibrant hues and daring motifs.
I also like to infuse a touch of playfulness into my work, which is why I take particular pleasure in creating designs tailored for the children’s market. However, I believe there’s something for everyone to appreciate in my creations.
